Payment and delivery
1. PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1.1. The price of a product on the Website is indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia per unit of the product and is provided for informational purposes. Using payment system settings, the product price may be displayed in the currency based on the buyer’s location (geolocation) in Euro and US Dollars (or another currency available for payments on the Website). In settlement and payment documents (invoices, receipts, cash register receipts, etc.) sent to the Seller by payment systems or to the Buyer by us or payment systems, the product price may be determined in Ukrainian Hryvnia.
1.2. When paying for a product using payment cards in a foreign currency, the card-issuing bank and/or the payment system used by the Seller may apply double currency conversion when processing the currency exchange transaction for payment for the product.
1.3. Payment for products on the Website is available using Visa and Mastercard cards.
1.4. The product price indicated on the Website may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. The price of an ordered product shall not be subject to change after confirmation of acceptance of the order.
1.5. The total order cost consists of:
– the total cost of all products included in the order;
– the cost of product delivery services.
2. PRODUCT DELIVERY
2.1. The procedure, methods, and terms of delivery of the product or products for which the order has been placed are agreed by the Buyer with the Seller’s representative after such order is created on the Website.
2.2. Delivery of the products for which the order has been placed and paid by the Buyer is carried out by a third party (the Carrier). When delivering the product, it is handed directly to the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative.
2.3. The delivery cost within each order is calculated based on the total weight of all products in the order, the order delivery address, the Carrier’s delivery tariffs, as well as other factors.
2.4. In accordance with the Seller’s policy, sale and delivery of products to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation are not provided.
2.5. Delivery of Products within the territory of Ukraine. Processing your order for delivery within Ukraine usually takes from 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days. However, please note that we do not provide any guarantees regarding this timeframe, and it may be longer due to certain reasons and factors, at our sole discretion.
2.5.1. Delivery of orders within Ukraine is carried out by the courier service Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, at the Buyer’s choice. Delivery timeframes and delivery costs are provided on the Carriers’ websites.
2.5.2. The Buyer is responsible for paying the delivery cost according to the Carrier’s tariffs. The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer upon receipt, directly to the courier service, unless another option was selected during checkout.
2.5.3. The Seller carefully inspects and packages the product before shipment. If the Buyer receives a damaged shipment, the Carrier is responsible for it. In this case, it is necessary to prepare a report with the Carrier’s representative indicating the fact of shipment damage, the nature of the damage, and a detailed description of the packaging at the time of receipt.
2.5.4. Delivery of the Product to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as to other localities where there are no Carrier branches, may be unavailable.
2.6. Delivery methods within the city of Lutsk (self-pickup).
2.6.1. You may pick up your order yourself at the following address: Lutsk, Chopina Street, 11 during the Seller’s business hours: from 13:00 to 17:00. The space operates on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday during the specified hours, except for periods of forced closure of the store due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
2.6.2. Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must check the integrity and conformity of the products. Claims regarding the Products must be made at the time of receipt at the Carrier’s branch or at the address provided by the Buyer.
